Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our priority.

We accept returns and exchanges within 2 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item is in its original condition and unused
• The packaging is intact, as originally received

Please note:

• Customized and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable.
• Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
• Once your return is received and passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 7–14 working days via InstaPay.

To confirm your order, a down payment of 25% of the order total is required in advance.
