Refund policy
Your satisfaction is our priority.
We accept returns and exchanges within 2 days of receiving your order, provided that:
• The item is in its original condition and unused
• Packaging is intact as originally received
• Customized or made-to-order pieces are
non- returnable.
• Once your return is received and passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 7–14 working days via InstaPay .
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer .
• If the order total is above EGP 8000 , confirming order via down payment 25% of total order in advance.
– Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.
